The location of The Castle Hotel, linked to all major motorway systems and close to the Birmingham International Airport, makes this an ideal venue for that special function; with the added advantage of having somewhere to go in the evening.

Whatever your requirements are, at The Castle Hotel we are only too willing to assist with your arrangements, whether a conference, private dinner, party, wedding, or a week-end package at specially reduced rates.
 

Delegate Rates

The Residential rate includes the above and a three course dinner with coffee, accommodation in single room with bath and shower, full English breakfast. Big savings can be made where guests share a twin bedded room - please ask for details.

Syndicate rooms are available either to supplement your course or for small meetings. The hotel owns various audio visual equipment and is provided free if available - we are able to hire additional equipment if you wish.

For those who want to work hard and play hard, special rates can be negotiated with Tamworth Snowdome & Go Kart Centre. Please ask for details.

How to book

Please phone (01827) 317700 to make your provisional booking followed by written confirmation including numbers attending, room lay out and refreshment times. As per the Conference booking form for residential courses a delegate list is required and please note there will be a charge for late cancellations. Where credit facilities have been arranged the account must be signed on departure and settled within a 21 day period.

BANQUETING INFORMATION

The Castle Hotel specialise in all aspects of Banqueting making sure that the occasion flows smoothly for both you, the organiser and your guests. It is our intention that you relax, enjoy yourselves and leave all the worries to us.

We cater for:

Rooms

Tudor Suite, situated on the first floor with its own entrance, it contains its own bar, cloakroom and toilets. For a formal dinner it can cater for 150 while for an informal buffet 180 can be catered for.

Wedgwood Suite, situated just off reception with its own bar. For a formal dinner it can cater for 100 while for an informal buffet 150 can be accommodated.


Drinks

Wine may be ordered prior to the function and included on the main account, or alternatively the guests may order and pay for their own wines on the day. Each suite has its own private bar facilities.

Tables

We do suggest that a table plan is organised and we can arrange floral decorations - though we don't object to you supplying your own.

Accommodation

Special rates for guests attending functions are offered inclusive of English breakfast and VAT. Special weekend rates are also available and are ideal for guests staying for two or more nights. These rates are discussed once the function has been booked and confirmed in writing.

Bookings

A deposit of £100 is required to confirm booking. The deposit is non refundable. All functions must be paid in full 14 days prior to the event. A meeting will be arranged 2 months prior to the date of the function to finalise all the details, whereupon a proforma invoice will be produced to advise on the anticipated final costs.
