The Hotel lies in the shadow of the historic Tamworth Castle,in the centre of this ancient Anglo Saxon Town, close to the Castle Grounds and River Tame.The Castle Hotel offers 40 bedrooms with separate en suite Bathrooms, Hair Dryer, Trouser Press, Iron and Ironing Board, Tea/Coffee making facilities, Direct Dial Telephone and Colour TV. Discerning décor makes an overnight stay a most relaxing one.

Our restaurant is open to non-residents Monday to Sunday lunchtimes from 12 noon - 2 pm and Monday - Saturday evenings from 7.00 - 9.30pm. Our Table D'Hote 3 course menu is only £9.50 for lunch and £14.50 during the evenings Monday to Saturday. Sunday lunch is a 3 course carvery £14.50 per person.
